At Heavyocity, we stand by the quality of our premium audio hardware and software. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
